ClearProp includes historical listing, tax, owner and transfer information. This is helpful when needing more detailed information on the subject. In the latest version of ClearProp, this information is next to market information. Context is very important and seeing what is happening in the market while looking at subject history information will provide a better picture of the subject.
To find subject historical information:
- Select the Market tab (third tab)
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page
- Notice the subject history component with tabs for MLS, Transfer, Owner and Tax History
